What is Google Analytics?

Google Analytics is a free service by Google. It tells you everything you want to know about how your visitors found your site and how they interact with your site. Its aim is to enable webmasters to optimise revenue from their website or AdWords campaigns by knowing where the customers come from, how they got there, how long they stayed on the site etc etc.

Google Analytics tracks all of your referrals, ads, search engines, email promotion, and even offline initiatives. If you have a website of your own, then you will have to insert only few lines of code into your web pages(insert code in all pages that you want to be tracked). The graphic interface for your 'site reports' is really user friendly and highly informative. There are about 80 reports generated for your tracked pages. You can find more about Google Analytics here.

This is a really good program indeed. It gives you a lot of statistics, you can check where your users are from, how much time they stayed, in which page and much more. I think it is the best free program for check your traffic. Good choice
